OUR STORY

Alex Alegre founded SmashServe Consulting in 2023. It all started in Barcelona in 2003 when Alex held her first padel racket in her hands. Since that first instance, Alex found her passion, this unique and beautiful sport called Padel. However, at nine years old, she switched to tennis since it was a more recognized sport then.

Alex played tennis professionally for over ten years. She received a tennis scholarship to attend Tulane University's Freeman School of Business, where she graduated with honors and completed her Bachelor of Management and Finance in three years. Alex worked for BNP Paribas as an Investment Banking Analyst (M&A) in New York and as an Executive at Campbell Lutyens in Paris.

After gaining experience in consulting, finance, and sports, she decided to start her dream of working in the padel industry. She decided to create SmashServe Consulting to help padel companies, clubs, and academies grow their business and take it to the next level. Let's grow padel together!
